One Direction is spreading holiday cheer by surprising a group of sick children at a charity event in London.
Rays of Sunshine, a U.K. organization that grants wishes to children suffering from serious diseases, had planned a screening for the boy band's concert movie "This Is Us."
According to "E! News," the singers surprised the 36 kids and teens by showing up at the movie theater and treating them to a performance. Member Zayn Malik was not able to attend, but the rest of the group sang some of their hits and later posed for photos and handed out merchandise.
They also personally delivered a pair of tickets for their 2014 world tour to each of the children there!
