Justin Bieber is being sued for ten-million dollars.  A pair of artists claim they wrote his 2010 hit "Somebody To Love."  Bieber's mentor Usher, who is also featured on the song, is also named in the copyright infringement lawsuit.

Filed in Virginia Thursday, the suit comes from an R&B singer who goes by the name De Rico and a songwriter named Mareio Overton.  According to TheWrap.com, Overton claims he wrote the song for De Rico back in 2008 and took it to a talent scout who told them Usher had heard it.  The two also say they spoke to Jonetta Patton, Usher's mother and part-time manager, who confirmed that the star had been exposed to De Rico's album - and even considered bringing him on tour.

"Somebody To Love" was the second single off Bieber's My World 2.0 album.  It peaked at number 15 on the Billboard Hot 100.
